Betting on the Wedding Social Sharing Contest – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 8, 2025

End Date: May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST

By participating in the Betting on the Wedding Social Sharing Contest (“Contest”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). This Contest is administered by EXISE LLC d/b/a Betting on the Wedding.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 and older at the time of entry.

  • Participants must have a valid Venmo or PayPal account to receive payment.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of EXISE LLC d/b/a Betting on the Wedding are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To participate, you must:

  • Post about your Betting on the Wedding experience on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube between March 8, 2025 – May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Your post must be public and mention/tag @BettingOnTheWedding in the caption.

  • Your post must include the phrase: "I (or we) used the Betting on the Wedding app." OR “Have you seen this app Betting on the Wedding?”

  • Your post must reach at least 1,000 views within 30 days of posting OR by May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, whichever comes first.

  • Views can be accumulated across multiple platforms, meaning if you post on multiple social media sites, the total combined views will count toward your payout.

  • Once your post(s) reach 1,000 views, submit a screenshot (or public link) along with your Venmo/PayPal handle to hello@bettingonthewedding.com before June 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

3. Payment Structure

  • Participants will receive $50 for the first 1,000 views.

  • For every additional 1,000 views, participants will earn $10 per 1,000 views, up to a maximum of 50,000 views ($490 max payout per participant).

  • Participants who reach 50,000 views will receive an additional $100 bonus, making the total payout $640.

  • The maximum payout per participant is $640, regardless of the number of platforms used.

  • Payments will be processed via Venmo/PayPal within 14 business days after June 4, 2025.

  • Views must be accumulated within 30 days from the post date OR by May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, whichever comes first.

  • No views earned after May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST will be counted.

  • The Company reserves the right to verify views before issuing payments.

4. Content Guidelines

  • Posts must be original and not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

  • Posts must include the exact phrase: "I (or we) used the Betting on the Wedding app." For video posts, it must be verbally communicated in the video.

  • Content must not contain hate speech, violence, illegal activities, false claims, or any offensive material.

  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify posts that violate these guidelines.

5. General Conditions

  • The Company is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet failures, platform outages, or misreported views.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice.

  • Payments are subject to verification, and fraudulent activity (e.g., artificially inflating views) will result in disqualification and non-payment.

  • Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to payments received.

6. Release & Liability

By participating, you release EXISE LLC d/b/a Betting on the Wedding from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to this Contest.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
